Physical

Hello Sisters,
Are you getting into shape? Are you eating health? Have you set a goal to excerise and lose weight? Now is the time to do it and to feel good about yourself. Today is a good day to start.

If anyone is interested in an early morning "jog" at 6:30am -7:15am on Wednesdays call Linnea 475-5394. Also, if you like road biking I go with some other ladies in South Weber Thursday nights 6-7pm. Anyone interested in going swimming Wed or Friday nights also, talk to me, I can get you in free at HAFB if you ride with me. I usually go after 5:30pm.
Jen Dickson and Jennifer Mund also have a walking "group" at 7ish a.m. so talk to them if you're interested. Get outside Yourself!!!!

Julie, Maria, and I are going to weight watchers on Thursday nights at 5:00. We are doing so good!! (except for last week I gained 1 pound - stupid brownies!!). Anyway, we are learning lots, sharing info and having fun on the drive to and from! If you want to come - Give me a call. Jill
